Council has appointed the following Dry Zones, and any consumption of alcohol in those places is an offence:

Noxious Weeds

If located on Council property, the Horticulture Coordinator will inspect.   Complainant to advise location along with their name, address and contact number.   Council Staff will pick up caltrop if it is bagged and left outside of the property.

Street Tree Removal

Council will only remove trees that are unhealthy, sick, dying or creating a danger to the Public. A large amount of leaf litter is not considered to be a reason for any tree to be removed.

Tree Planting Requests

Name, address and contact details are to be provided along with the requested placement location so that the information can be added into Councils Customer Request system. The customer will be contacted to acknowledge their request and advise approximately when the tree will be planted. (Application approvals are subject to site suitability and underground infrastructure)
