Wireless Internet and Computers
With State Government support the Gawler Public Library provides free public internet access via 9 Public Access Computers and wireless connection at both library sites. (conditions apply and charges are made for printing)
There are 6 PCs available at Murray Street Library and 3 at our Branch Library at Evanston Gardens. All have internet access, word-processing and printing facilities. One computer at Murray Street Library also has Local History Research resources. You must have a current Library Membership card to use these machines.
It is not necessary to book these machines, simply come in, find one not in use and login with your Library card and your PIN no. Hint: your PIN number is probably the last 4 numbers of your telephone number.
If you do wish to make a booking, you can do so by phoning the Library on 8522 9213
The Reading Room is wireless enabled allowing internet access to registered users who bring their laptops or other wireless capable devices into the library. Click here for more information about our wireless service.
