LEARN EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW IN CHARACTER DESIGN.

ABOUT THIS EVENT:

During this 8 week program you will learn and discuss the following skills involved in character design:

  • Shape and form in character creation
  • Facial structure and emotions in cartoons
  • How to draw movement and actions
  • You'll even get the opportunity to draw someone else, or yourself, as a cartoon character.

Each week we will cover at least one of these topics. We will talk about characters from well-known shows and their artists, and how/why they are drawn the way they are.

In the final weeks of this course we will conclude by working together to create a character of your very own.
