Proudly jointly presented by The Science Collective and the Town of Gawler, this STEM experience includes 3 hours of hands-on, interactive fun and science shows. Perfect for kids who love science and technology!

STEMmania at the Gawler Civic Centre will provide many learning opportunities for young minds, in a fun, supportive environment. During the session, families will be entertained by Nitro Nat’s Phantastic Physics Show and an amazing Reptile Show from Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary. In between you can visit Bugs n Slugs, try to work out some puzzles on the Questacon exhibits, visit Crafty Music Man in the Youth Space, design an electric circuit or two, make and launch your own paper rocket, visit the Engineering make-it zone and have fun with some recycling craft activities with NAWMA. So, an action-packed three-hour science experience that will fire children up to say to their teachers "we want more science!"

If you've got a child that loves all things science and technology, imagine the possibilities! It's bound to be their "best day ever"! In the morning, explore Gawler with all the wonderful retail, food and historical outlets, you'll be spoilt for choice!
