The Annual Budget / Business Plan (Plan) outlines the proposed projects and activities to be undertaken in the coming financial year. The Plan also discloses the key elements of Council’s Rating Policy and outlines the estimated impact that rates will have on individual properties.
The Plan also incorporates the annual review of Council’s Long Term Financial Plan, the forward estimates of which are based on various financial forecasts and assumptions and identified funding requirements outlined in Council’s Long Term Capital Works Program. Council welcomes public feedback on the proposed Plan. All submissions and feedback will be considered before the final Plan is adopted at the 26 June 2018 Council meeting.
