The Annual Budget / Business Plan (Plan) outlines the proposed projects and activities to be undertaken in the coming financial year. The Plan also includes the key elements of Council’s Strategic Rating Policy and Gawler East Development – Infrastructure Funding Policy, in addition to outlining the estimated financial impact that General / Separate Rates and Service Charges, levied in accordance with Council’s Strategic Rating Policy, will have on individual properties.
The Plan also incorporates the annual review of Council’s Long Term Financial Plan, the forward estimates of which are based on various financial forecasts and assumptions and identified funding requirements outlined in Council’s Long Term Asset Management Plan.
Council welcomes public feedback on the proposed Plan.
