The Murray Street Upgrade Stage 6 Project is a key component of Council’s Community Plan and the Gawler Town Centre Design Framework for creating an efficient and safer transport, traffic and pedestrian network in the main street of Gawler.  The project will promote regional economic development by improving amenity and accessibility of the Town Centre and business precinct.

Phase 1 community engagement was to introduce the project to the community and stakeholders and report back to Council on the key outcomes. Engagement included key stakeholder briefings and a community information session that took place in October 2016.
