Hi Martin,as this is still in consultation phase any proposed time shared use has not been determined as yet.
Hi Caitlin, Thank you for your questions. 1. In line with most dog parks throughout South Australia, "policing" would normally occur in part by the people that use the facility. Council is also seeking to support and encourage a "Friends of the Dog Park Group". We would love to see dog owners come together and help coordinate the dog park with Council. 2. The dog park will be separated into two areas one for small and one for large dogs. If you are unsure what breed your dog is or if you are unsure if your dog is a small or a large dog please ask your vet when you next visit or call council. We can advise based on your breed of dog. 3. Council suggests that your dog is unwell it is not taken to a dog park. If your dog happens to be on heat we suggest that you refrain from using the dog park. This could prevent unwarranted attention from other dogs and their owners. 4. The maintenance of the dog park is most likely to be maintained by Council's horticulture team. 5. At this stage the park will not be available for use by trainers.
