Overview

The Town of Gawler - Customer Service Strategy has been developed in line with the Gawler Community Plan.
The strategy aims to deliver high quality service with a focus on continuous improvement for the customer journey. Council is now seeking feedback on the Customer Service Strategy.

A copy of the draft strategy can be downloaded from Your Voice Gawler. Please feel free to provide comment on the strategy.
Written feedback must be received by 5pm Friday 21 August 2020 and can be lodged via the following methods:
