Overview
The Town of Gawler - Customer Service Strategy has been developed in line with the Gawler Community Plan.
The strategy aims to deliver high quality service with a focus on continuous improvement for the customer journey. Council is now seeking feedback on the Customer Service Strategy.
A copy of the draft strategy can be downloaded from Your Voice Gawler. Please feel free to provide comment on the strategy.
Written feedback must be received by 5pm Friday 21 August 2020 and can be lodged via the following methods:

I listen carefully to what CEO Tooley had to say at the first online workshop CEO PMP Meeting 4/8/2020 and found it very interesting BUT why was the voice disconnected soon after Mayor Karen Redman started her response to what Cr. Tooley had to say??
How do I follow all of what was said at that meeting??
Hi, thanks for your question. The meeting was livestreamed, and is available to watch again on the Town of Gawler Youtube page (copy and paste this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Dw5ttTkGcs into your browser). There was a confidential component to the meeting, so the livestream ceased at the time Council resolved to move into confidence.

Are we going to view all submissions to " your voice" ??
Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, all submissions will be included in the Customer Service Strategy Report, which will be presented to the Corporate and Community Services Committee on 8 September 2020.
