Consultation Dates:
Opened 29 May 2019 Closed 19 Jun 2019

Overview

The increase of open spaces through new land developments is a key consideration of the Council in managing urban growth sustainably. These considerations relate to the quantity, quality and maintenance obligations associated with these new open spaces.

To assist in managing these considerations an Open Space Guideline is being developed for Council staff, developers and their consultants to plan and design these spaces in an orderly and sustainable manner.

The Town of Gawler is seeking feedback from the community to influence its development. As such you are invited to review the draft Open Space Guideline which has been developed and is available for download here.
