The Gawler Fringe is back in 2021!

Friday 19 February to Sunday 21 March

The 2021 Gawler Fringe will kick off with the Opening Event in Walker Place on Friday 19 February, 3pm to 10pm. Join us in the heart of Gawler for an afternoon and evening of FREE Fringe festivities, including Welcome to Country, performances by local musos, activities, food, drinks and more!

Then, a huge variety of events and activities will be taking place at the Gawler Civic Centre and around the Town right across the month of Fringe ~ including live music, comedy, film festival, magic, circus, cabaret, quiz night, Fringe in the Park, Nunga Fringe, Gawler Fringe Art Exhibition, workshops, demonstrations, Library events and so much more! There'll definitely be something for everyone at the 2021 Gawler Fringe!

Bestselling SA author Tricia Stringer will be launching her latest novel The Family Inheritance and talking about her journey from librarian to author. Tricia is now the bestselling author of seven rural romances and her historical saga set in the Flinders Ranges.

Get ready for skills, spills and thrills when a juggler and a magician face off in an all-out showbiz grudge match. They’ll bring out their ultimate signature moves over three rounds to win over the crowd. Once the tricks are done, you vote to decide the winner. One performer will rule as King of the Kids. The other guy gets slimed!

From ‘Love Is In The Air’ to ‘Highway To Hell’, this is an unmissable journey through the Australian songbook…with a jazz twist! ‘Sweet As Swing’ is Adelaide’s own male jazz vocal quartet. This latest show features original jazz vocal arrangements of tunes by well-known Aussie artists. Their arrangements are rich in jazz harmony and, at times, flavours of Latin American rhythm.
