From Saturday 13 July, work will begin to construct the new modular changerooms for Gawler Central Sporting Club at Gawler Oval. The works will start with demolition of the concrete grandstand and preparation of the ground ready for delivery of the modular changerooms which are being built at Ausco Modular's factory at Edinburgh North. The area for the new changerooms will be fenced off during the works but impact on the site will be kept to a minimum.
Completion of the project, which has received contributory funding of $450,000 through the South Australian Government’s Community Recreation Sport and Facilities Program, is scheduled for October 2024.
