Construction of a new DDA-compliant shared path and compliant lighting to provide an accessible connection between the Aspire Estate and the existing Gawler Bypass underpass.
The project will deliver a safe active transport link for pedestrians and cyclists, improving access to the broader footpath network and helping overcome the barrier posed by Main North Road. It also supports the objectives of Council’s Walking and Cycling Plan 2018–2028 and Gawler Integrated Transport Strategy 2024.
