(Tapa Pariara, meaning path along the river)

Tapa Pariara (the Gawler Rivers Path) is an 8km shared-use path that follows the North Para, South Para, and Gawler Rivers from Ngunya Yarta / Clonlea Reserve to Yarnpana / Dead Man’s Pass.

In collaboration with Kaurna Warra Pintyanthi (KWP), the path was named Tapa Pariara, meaning ‘path along the river’.

Tapa Pariara was officially launched in 2011, and upgraded interpretive signage along the pathway was unveiled during National Reconciliation Week 2012.
