The Gawler Home Assist Program offers subsidised Home Modification Services, to help make your home environment as safe as possible.
Home Modifications which can be installed include:
- handrails
- handheld shower hose
- ramps
- doorway reversals
- removal of shower screens and doors
Prior to any Home Modifications occurring, an assessment needs to be completed with an Occupational Therapist to determine the right Home Modifications for you and a referral from My Aged Care is required.
