Aspire at Evanston South Playground Upgrade
Council has been working to upgrade the Aspire Playgrounds to create an improved all-ages playspace at Greenslade Boulevard, and a nature-play focused area at Gately Circuit.
Council have commenced the preliminary works for the bike track at Greensalde Boulevard and are planning to complete the track in November, pending weather conditions. The playground equipment has unfortunately experienced additional delays due to the longer than advised lead time for the supply of the equipment. Contractor Playmazing has advised that playground construction will commence in mid-November 2022 and it is anticipated to be finished in mid to end of December 2022 (weather permitting and/or without any further unforeseen circumstance that may arise).
The Town of Gawler apologises for the frustrating delays. Town of Gawler and Playmazing Pty Ltd will work with you and make every effort to ensure that there is minimum interruption during the construction.
