Town of Gawler is now using VendorPanel to simplify the way the Council seeks quotes and tenders. VendorPanel is a web-based eProcurement system used to increase transparency and compliance in purchasing processes.
VendorPanel Marketplace gives businesses an opportunity to have their goods and services seen by Council and hundreds of large buying organisations across the country to find and engage local suppliers in quotes and tenders. It is free for businesses to register and is easy to use.
You will not need to register if your business is already a supplier on VendorPanel Marketplace. The administrator of your account can add you as a Colleague – you’ll have your own unique login and appear as a local supplier in the region you service.
If your business has a VendorPanel account, but is not registered on the Marketplace, then please speak to your account administrator so they can register using their email address - this will ensure all supplier lists you’re on are linked to a single account.
To find out who the administrator of your account is if your business is already a supplier on VendorPanel Marketplace you can contact VendorPanel.
Steps to register on VendorPanel Marketplace:
- Visit www.vendorpanel.com.au/gawler/marketplace
- Watch the video below to learn how to set up your account correctly.
- Select the categories appropriate for your business, and - if you have an existing VendorPanel account - use the same email address to register.

- Chat with one of the Support team via the green Help widget, located in the bottom right of the screen.
- Find a Help Centre article, also available via the Help Widget.
- Use the form to raise a technical support request.
When a quote or tender is posted and your organisation or any of the categories you are registered in has been selected, you will receive an email notification to log into VendorPanel and respond.
