Notice of Alteration of Street Numbering – Warren Street
Local Government Act 1999 (Section 220(3))
The Town of Gawler advises that it proposes to alter the street numbering of properties located on the western side of Warren Street.
Following the subdivision of 163 Murray Street (Lot 2 in Deposited Plan 82275, Certificate of Title Volume 6051 Folio 438), a new allotment has been created (Lot 162 in Deposited Plan 137698, Certificate of Title Volume 6321 Folio 917). The new allotment requires a Warren Street address.
Due to the current numbering configuration, a logically sequential number cannot be allocated without renumbering existing properties on the western side of Warren Street.
Council therefore proposes to alter the street numbering as follows:
