Youth Space Membership
Become a Youth Space Member, Renew Your Membership and Register for Programs!
The Youth Space is a safe area provided in the Gawler Civic Centre. The space exists to create opportunities for young people.
You'll get to access a heap of free and low cost programs that will support you to become the best version of yourself.
AND
When you become a Member at the Youth Space, you become a Member of our amazing library too.
AND
In the very near future your Youth Space card will act as an incentive/loyalty card across many awesome Gawler businesses.
It's a WIN, WIN, WIN!
What do I need to do?
- This Form covers a calendar year.
- This Form is only completed once each year.
- It gathers the important information we need to keep young people safe.
- This requires a responsible adult’s signature for anyone under the age of 18.
- Complete the online Membership forms below or download, scan and email this to youth@gawler.sa.gov.au, or
- Deliver this in person to the Youth Space (89-91 Murray Street, Gawler).
- We will then process and issue your Membership Card
- Great work! Each calendar year a renewal form is required so ensure the Youth Space staff have all current important information and can keep young people safe.
- This requires a responsible adult’s signature for anyone under the age of 18.
- You need to do two things:
- Complete the 'Renewal Membership Form below or
- Download the 'Renewal Membership Form' below.
- Return your Renewal Membership Form to the Youth Space either in person or via email youth@gawler.sa.gov.au
What happens next?
- Use the Membership number on your card to complete the simple online registration for the programs you want to be in
- All registrations can be done online by finding the program you want to attend at www.youth.gawler.sa.gov.au or
- Call the Youth Space mobile, 0499 800 805 and staff can assist in taking your registration.
