Topics I need to know – outline what you will learn – you can practice and read about topics before starting your assessment. Completing all the topics in this course can help you pass the assessment.
Step 2:
- Scroll to bottom of page and click Start Assessment (Recommend your review the topics before starting your assessment).
Complete the assessment to test your knowledge and understanding of food handling and food safety in the workplace.
The assessment has 30 multiple choice questions which you must complete in one session. You need to get above 90 percent to pass and receive a certificate.
- Answer Participant information to start your assessment.
- At the end of the assessment submit the answers
- If you gain 90 percent of higher you can request a certificate, which will be emailed to you and you can also download a copy.
Your name and an email address will be needed so you can receive your DoFoodSafely Certificate of Completion in an email sent to you and as a download to your computer. (Recommended to also download a copy as this is not saved)
- You can repeat the assessment as many times as needed.
‘Certificate of completion’ demonstrates to a food business owner that you understand the principles of food handling and food safety and demonstrates your commitment to entering the food industry. Many food businesses require employees have a DoFoodSafely ‘Certificate of completion’.
