Council has received an application from the Gawler Caravan Park (GCP (SA) Pty Ltd), located at 2 Main North Road, Gawler to extend their existing lease to the full term permissible (42 years) under the Local Government Act 1999 Section 202 Alienation of Community Land. This extension of term is to enable the Gawler Caravan Park the ability to secure finance for capital improvements to the Caravan Park.

In accordance with the Council's Public Consultation Policy, interested persons are invited to make submissions on the proposed lease term extension.
