The new lease term is proposed to be 21 years, established as an initial terms of seven (7) years with two rights of renewal of seven (7) years each. The leased area includes the current building, adjoining grassed area and car park.

The lease will be issued pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999 and the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995.

In accordance with the Council's Public Consultation Policy, interested persons are invited to make submissions on the proposed lease.
