1. All participants of the Civic Centre Youth Space need to fill out an annual Membership Form.
2. Young People under 18 years of age will require a responsible adult to provide consent.
3. Remember if you’re under 18, on your first visit to the Library, your responsible adult that completed your original Youth Space Membership, Assent and Consent Form will need to provide library staff with a copy of photo ID, if this has not already been done.
4. Membership to the Library is valid for a lifetime, however if under 18 years of age, when you reach this milestone an updated form will be required. If a young person is under the Guardianship of the Minister, Library Membership is required to be renewed every six months.
