Upload Additional Information, Building Documents and Private Certification Documents

This page is for applicants, residents, builders and private certifiers who wish to forward electronic documents to Council for an existing development application. If you wish to submit a new development application, please go to the PlanSA Portal.


Below are some of the types of documents that can be forwarded to Council using this portal:

  • Additional or amended documents which have been requested by Council;

  • Documents for Council to assess for Building Rules Consent;

  • Documents submitted by a Private Certifier for Development Approval; and

  • Amendments to an approved application.

Please note that if documents are received after business hours then they will be deemed to be received the following business day.
