Barossa, Light and Lower Northern Region Public Health and Wellbeing Plan

The Councils of Adelaide Plains, Barossa, Gawler, and Light are working collaboratively to prepare their second plan to improve the health and wellbeing of people in the region.

To inform the development of the draft plan, the councils want the community’s ideas for how public health and wellbeing can be improved.

The councils have identified a series of key challenges for public health planning that the new regional plan could address. These are presented in a background paper that you can read here.

You can provide your ideas for how these key challenges could be addressed by completing a feedback form at this link (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/publichealthandwellbeing). Feedback closes at 5pm on Monday 31 May 2021.

The feedback received will be considered by the councils to in prepare the draft plan, which will be released for public consultation later in the year.
